this is Vancouver's Lookout. You can see the elevator that goes up on the otsie of the building. There is a super expensive restaurant up top or you can simply go up and view the city. Because we were staying at the Cambie, they gave us a discounted rate to go up and look around. When you buy a ticket you can go up all day long, so we went up early one morning and then later again that night to see the city lights.
