All over Vancouver there are tons of these bears. Our first night in town we were walking around and we came across a few of them and thought they were so neat because they are all painted differently. We started taking pictures of ourselves with them because we thought they were so neat (kinda like the Mr. PotatoeHeads in Rhode Island we thought--see honeymoon pic's) Quickly we realized that these bears were absolutly EVERYWHERE! We could take rolls and rolls of film just with these bears! so we decided to call it quits. Come to find out later, someone was telling us that in Vancouver the city puts up all these white bears all over the city and then the aritists paint them and later auction them off for charity. Pretty neat eh?
